Chef Jon’s Tips

Jon gained his experience at two ‘Michelin-Starred‘ restaurants; The Goose, Britwell Salome, Oxfordshire and The Montagu Arms, Beaulieu, in the New Forest. He now enjoys running his own kitchen and is gaining a considerable local following for his imaginative cooking!
